“Kevin’s interaction with me was excellent. I felt the benefits of the coaching quite quickly. I appreciated that we touched upon the heart, soul, and spirit; while working with very ‘practical’ tools, we remained connected to what I would call the ‘vibrational’ aspect. This really resonated with me and gave me the feeling that I was working with someone who saw me as a whole person.
I sensed that Kevin was a truly attentive listener while maintaining a balanced, objective perspective. This instilled a great deal of confidence in me.
Each session began with a brief pause, allowing us to settle in and be fully present in the moment.
During one session, I wasn’t at my best and felt very emotionally ‘heavy.’ Kevin was incredibly supportive, helping me apply one of the exercises we had previously covered (regarding emotional management).
I fully embraced the concepts of my ‘current’ and ‘new’ ways of being. This provided a solid foundation for the work—it really spoke to me and was perfectly targeted.
The goal was to put myself out there more, express myself clearly, and gain self-confidence. I can see the progress I’ve made in my everyday life.”

Thank you, Kevin, for agreeing to accompany me on part of the journey toward my true self! A self that was suffering and simply waiting to be seen and heard—yet one I kept blocking. In just four sessions, your coaching enabled me to unlock doors within myself and realize that suffering isn’t the answer; I learned that “being strong” or “being weak” didn’t reflect the actual world I live in, but rather the image I had constructed of it. I learned to let go, breathe, and process my inner state to get to the heart of the matter—to the true message… the one that scares us most and often causes us to wear blinders. I learned—and am still learning—to listen to myself and pinpoint what scares or hurts me, so I can understand, both mentally and physically, how to move forward. Without deep understanding and moments to breathe, suffering is never far away.
I also want to thank you for your approach, which helped me immensely. Thank you for knowing when to be uncompromising with me, and for listening without ever judging. Thank you for not taking offense when my reactions were sometimes intense. Because yes, a coaching journey is an extraordinary experience, even if it is painful and unsettling. The barriers we’ve built fight to stay standing… we come face-to-face with ourselves. Thank you for your reassuring presence and your silence; thank you for the tissues and the comforting cups of herbal tea!
I couldn’t accept the pain—my pain… I couldn’t cry, or accept that the world could hurt me. From constantly trying to play Superwoman, I had come to resemble a pressure cooker ready to explode… I’m not saying things are easier now, post-coaching. However, I do understand the importance and meaning of accepting pain as part of the bigger picture—as a clue to something I need to explore and work through… I am learning to listen to myself and, in doing so, to articulate my needs. I still experience pain, but I am now able to soothe, comfort, and heal with kindness.
Finally, I want to thank both you and myself, because I am holding onto the lessons I learned during this coaching. They help me move forward and find my footing—all with a greater sense of serenity.
