My approach
What shapes my practice
Through my coaching work and my training, I have gradually built an approach that combines personal development, capacity building, exploration of the inner world, and taking action.
My practice draws in particular on Integral Coaching®, Immunity to Change (Robert Kegan), IFS, Nonviolent Communication, Focusing, the Person-Centred Approach and Leadership Embodiment.
An integral approach
It looks at the whole person (sensations, emotions, body, mind, intuition, relationships, communication, unconscious mechanisms), rather than addressing only thoughts or behaviour.
A personalised, experiential approach
Integral Coaching® adapts to each person, in particular through metaphors, to develop new capacities so that your contribution to the world finally feels like you.
IFS (Internal Family Systems) brings a practical way to explore your inner world: instead of getting rid of your contradictions, you learn to relate to the different parts of you and understand what they need.
A kind, non-judgemental, trauma-aware approach
My approach is kind and grounded in non-judgement.
It is also sensitive to the effects of traumatic experiences, with particular attention to the sense of safety, respect for each person’s pace, and protective mechanisms.
The aim is not to fit you into a model of who you “should” be, but to help you understand yourself better, live your emotions and relationships more gently, and shift patterns that no longer serve you.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to have done a lot of personal development already?
No. You don’t need to know the models or approaches I use. The coaching starts from your experience and what you are living today.
Do I need to know exactly what I want?
No. You can come with a difficulty, a question, a tension, or simply the feeling that a new step is possible.
Is it therapy?
No. Coaching focuses on your development, your capacities and how you want to grow and act. I use IFS as a coaching tool, but I don’t do IFS therapy. Even if this work can have therapeutic effects, it takes energy to put new things into practice. In a very fragile period (depression, deep exhaustion), I invite you to see a health professional.
How do I know if this coaching is right for me?
You’ll often feel it from the first session: it’s there to get to know each other and decide, with no commitment, whether you want to continue.
Why work with a real coach rather than just an AI coach?
A real coach can reflect back what they observe in you within the client-coach relationship (your posture, emotions you are not aware of, parts of you that are present without your knowing, etc.). Above all, a real coach offers presence, and a real connection that is hard to reproduce with an AI coach.
What now?
The simplest thing is to talk about it.
A 1 h 30 exploration session helps clarify your situation and see if we work well together. You can also read testimonials from former clients.
